I briefly played around with the program and there is nothing wrong with the program its simple to use.
Today, you will want to pay attention to the Giveaway Page as there is some important comments that affect the programs functionality in a very minor way (in the comments section)

Once you have downloaded the file, open the ReadMe.txt file first. You will want to read its instructions, it contains a serial key that is needed to permanently activate the program.
When you run the Setup.exe file, you will notice that it unzips a SpringPublisher.msi file into the C: directory. This is the program file you need to install the program.
